Couscous

Prepare 1 and 1/2 cups of couscous as per package directions.

After it is ready, add the following
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 cup steamed green peas
1 cup cashews
1 cup raisins

Salt and pepper to taste.

****NOTE: This does not reheat well.... Keep ingredients separate until on the plate, if planning on reheating... Cooked cashews loose their crunch, and therefore taste. ****
