Larabar is the fruit and nut bar she suggests. The first a has two little dots on top of it. (Cashew Cookie is her fave)
For veggies/lean protein: Just Tomatoes, Etc.
Whole Grain: Doctor Kracker (Seedlander is her fave)
Plant based fat: Justin's (Tear open packets that hold 2 tablespoons for nut butters)
