In a large soup pot, combine the following:
10 or so potatoes, cubed
1 large onion (in the summer I use a few green ones), chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1 cup of potato flakes
Water to the top
Salt and Pepper
Boil until the veggies are soft, then simmer. The longer you simmer, the better it tastes!!! I personally prefer the crock pot.
