Cocoa Brownies

1/2 c flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
6 T butter
1 c sugar
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, cocoa baking powder, and salt. Grease an 8x8 glass or metal baking pan.
In 3 qt. saucepan, melt butter on low heat. Add sugar, stirring with a spatula, then eggs, one at a time, combining after each one. Stir in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and combine well.

Spread into baking dish and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

This is delicious served with strawberries and whipped cream!
