Lemony Seasoned Tilapia Fillets

2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil

Combine butter, oregano, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.  Brush both sides of tilapia with butter mixture.

Heat oil in large skillet over med. high heat.  Cook tilapia 4 to 5 minutes; turn.  Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until fish begins to flake with fork.
